[1925 on title and copyright pages.....with publisher's seal on copyright page] first printing, with all first issue points present. like 'sick in tired' on page 205, line 9-10.........and 'chatter' on page 60, line 16. northern" p.205.9-10, octavo. green mesh cloth. gilt lettering on spine. 218 pages.......previous owner's name neatly [one line] to front end paper and back pastedown.....in very good condition. gilt on lettering still bright. no dust jacket. spine top a smidge frayed, but still in better condition usually found. binding strong and intact
